Publisher Explorer enables you to view, search, and manage all objects associated with news portlets, knowledge base articles, and other content-related portal applications.
Depending on your role for each folder, you can perform different actions; you might have different roles in different folders of Publisher. If you do not see an option described here, your role might not allow access to that option. You can right-click any Publisher object in Publisher Explorer to display a menu of the actions you can take on the selected object.
For more information on the components of Publisher Explorer, see Navigating Publisher Explorer.
