A PIN reminder cannot be mailed to you until we have your correct address. The process to update your mailing address in the FRS records varies depending on whether you are an active or terminated/retired member, as follows:
Active Member - Your member-specific demographic information is provided to the Division of Retirement by your FRS employer each month through a monthly payroll file. This file includes the mailing address for all active FRS members. To change your address you should report the new address to your FRS employer and ask them to change it on the next payroll. Terminated/Retired Member -
If you participated in the FRS Investment Plan you can either make the address change online by logging into MyFRS.com or by calling the Investment Plan Administrator, at 1-866-446-9377, Option 4 (TRS 711).
If you participated in the FRS Pension Plan you can either make the address change online by logging into FRS Online or by calling the Division of Retirement at 1-844-377-1888.
