July 4 Holiday


  • Monday, July 3, the stock market will close at 1:00 p.m. ET and Tuesday, July 4 is a stock market holiday. Therefore, transactions requested in your FRS Investment Plan account after 1 p.m. on Monday, July 3 will be processed using the closing prices of the next business day, which is Wednesday, July 5.
  • EY will also be closed on Monday, July 3.
