Undoing Expiration of a Content Item

You can undo expiration of a folder and its entire contents, including the subfolders. Undoing expiration allows you to republish the expired content item. If the data entry template of the content item specifies automatic insertion into another content item’s list property, the previously expired content item will be re-added to that list. The content item, along with related content items, is automatically published.

To undo expiration of a folder or content item:

  1. From the Publisher Administration portlet, launch the Publisher Explorer.
  2. In the navigation pane, locate and open the folder that contains the content items for which you want to undo expiration.
  3. In the table pane on the right, right-click the folder or content item.
  4. From the context menu,  click Undo Expiration.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click Close.
