Important: If you do not have a thorough understanding of the relationships between the Publisher objects that comprise the portlet, you might inadvertently break the portlet by improper changes to the advanced settings.
Every published content portlet has a portlet item that is unique to it. It appears in brackets ([]) next to Portlet Item; it is the main page content item or a publishable presentation template.
To choose a different publishable content item or presentation template to appear in the Portlet Item brackets:

In the Select an object dialog box, select the objects you want to include in the category and click OK. The new object appears under Name.
To edit a category name, double-click the category name.

The settings default to what was specified in the portlet template. If you want to allow community owners to customize the portlet, click Enable, and type instructions for them to follow.
