To access the workshop, click on the Start Live Broadcast button at the appropriate time. Windows Media Players is required (version 9 and above). You can download the latest version of Windows Media Player at
the Microsoft Download Center.

| TECHNICAL ISSUES/PROBLEMS |
If you experience connection issues, please try the following. If none of these steps help correct your issue, please contact your local IT Help Desk.
With the sheer number of participants watching via the webcast, the SBA will not be able to provide individual support for connectivity issues.

Ensure you have not maximized the video window to your screen. The video is designed for a certain size, and changing that can lead to buffering issues.
- Contact your IT department to ensure there are no Quality of Service rules, or other network controls in place that could be interfering with the feed.
- If you still need assistance, please have someone from your IT department do a "traceroute" from your computer to the feed URL you are attempting to watch. Email the output of this traceroute to us at the email address below.
- Disable Pop-Up Blockers and enable Active-x, if applicable. Contact your local IT support if you need assistance.
- Please do not attempt to watch the webcasts over a wireless network connection (Wi-Fi or cellular wireless broadband). This could lead to unnecessary buffering that will affect the media stream.
