If you have not registered with the MyFRS Portal, you will need to do so in order to create a MyFRS User Profile, including the User ID and Password.

Having trouble logging in?
At the beginning of your enrollment period, you were sent a PIN in the mail and asked to register a new MyFRS Portal Profile. When creating the profile, you were asked to create two secret questions and answers. The MyFRS Portal uses this information to identify you and send you an email containing your MyFRS Portal User ID and Password.
