FRS Pension Plan Employer Handbook
The FRS Pension Plan Employer Handbook is available online. The online handbook is published in PDF (Portable Document Format) to ensure consistency of printed copies. Each chapter can be downloaded and printed as an Adobe Acrobat file (in PDF format). Please note that these publications are provided with the understanding that the user will not alter them either in form or content. FRS Investment Plan Employer Toolkit and Manual
The FRS Investment Plan Employer Toolkit and FRS Investment Plan Employer Manual are technical guides for retirement coordinators, payroll staff, and others who have FRS responsibilities. These guides are intended to explain the administration of the retirement plan choice process and the FRS Investment Plan in nontechnical language.
